Adding whiteboard (Administration notes) at the administration dashboard, so the main admin can write future instructions with other admins.

Comments: 98 User level: Super Administrator	@keddy: I don't know if it usefull on this site, but maybe for some sites it can be usefull. I will add an option to enable/disable it. @K-braun: it can be tested on this site atm.

Comments: 18 User level: Administrator	This is what i mean by Whiteboard. @keddy: if something need review or debuging or else, am I supposed on site like this (with more then 1 administrator) to PM each of u ? Even this site contains bugs. PM is not helpful bcz is Personal, Slaughter can answer 1, u 2, 3rd admin 3, and the sender should mix all of them to build something clear. That's why Whiteboards exist.
